Project Manager – EV Charging Network

About the role

EVSE is looking for a Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Exploren network asset projects across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. You will join a lean, agile team and be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from early development through design, construction, commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver network asset projects in line with the Exploren Project Delivery Process.
• Prepare scopes of work, technical specifications, schedules and cost estimates.
• Manage Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), cost, schedule and quality parameters throughout delivery.
• Oversee site assessments, construction and commissioning, working directly with contractors and suppliers to resolve design and delivery issues.
• Partner with Business Development Managers to provide technical input for opportunities, case studies and tender material.
• Stay current with EVSE product innovations and relevant industry standards, ensuring full compliance across projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering electrical infrastructure projects in large commercial or industrial environments.
• Background in EV charging, commercial buildings, solar PV, BESS, HVAC or similar sectors.
• Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or a licensed electrician.
• PMP certification desirable; White Card / HSE certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of capital‑infrastructure project management frameworks (PMBOK).
