Project Manager – ERP & SaaS Implementations

About the role

Klugo is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ERP and Field Service Management (FSM) implementations for its clients. You will work closely with internal and external teams to deliver NetSuite‑based solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of NetSuite ERP and FSM projects, from planning through go‑live.
• Collaborate with clients to define objectives, scope, timelines and budgets.
• Manage cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with client goals and project milestones.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing SaaS implementation projects, preferably ERP/CRM.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and handling multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• NetSuite implementation, upgrade or optimization experience.
• SaaS integrations, data migration and system configuration.
• Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• PMP and/or Scrum Master certification (preferred).
