Lead NetSuite Functional Consultant

About the role

Klugo is seeking an experienced Lead NetSuite Functional Consultant to drive end‑to‑end NetSuite ERP implementations for mid‑market and enterprise clients across wholesale distribution, manufacturing, and field service sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle NetSuite projects, from discovery and solution design through testing, deployment and post‑go‑live optimisation.
• Conduct functional workshops, translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite configurations, and provide architecture guidance across core ERP and manufacturing modules.
• Mentor junior consultants, collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customisations, and support project managers in scope and timeline control.

Required profile

• 5+ years of NetSuite ERP implementation experience with a proven record of leading full‑cycle projects.
• Deep functional knowledge of NetSuite Financials, Order Management, Procurement and Inventory Management.
• Strong communication skills to lead client workshops and present solutions to executive stakeholders.

Required skills

• NetSuite ERP (configuration, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow).
• Experience with multi‑subsidiary or global NetSuite deployments.
• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing, revenue management or field service modules is a plus.
