Project Manager – Electrical Infrastructure

About the role

Eaton is seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex electrical infrastructure projects that have real customer and commercial impact. You will be part of the PMO team, responsible for safe, on‑time, and on‑budget project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex electrical infrastructure projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource strategies, and delivery frameworks.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, reporting, and commercial outcomes.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted project partner.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to achieve quality, safety, and delivery objectives.
• Drive project governance, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience within the electrical industry.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and project risk.
• Strong customer relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead teams and navigate complex project environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
