Project Manager – Early to Mid‑Career (Resources & New Energy)

About the role

Jacobs is seeking early‑career to mid‑career Project Managers to join its Resources Hub. You will support multidisciplinary projects in the mining and new‑energy sectors, ensuring delivery meets scope, statutory requirements and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical and structural engineering teams.
• Support project planning, scheduling and delivery across all phases.
• Track project objectives, KPIs, cost and schedule performance.
• Assist in studies, design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, quality, health & safety, finance and administration.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on major bids and business‑growth activities.
• Contribute to capability development within project teams.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary degree.
• Professional project management or project engineering experience in the mining resources sector.
• Knowledge of project delivery methods, applicable codes and specifications.
• Proven track record delivering planning, design, commissioning and construction for resources or new‑energy projects.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering design packages and project management principles.
• Excellent communication skills and strategic, innovative mindset.
