About the role

Join Horizon Power as a Project Manager – Development in Bentley, WA, and help shape renewable and infrastructure projects for remote communities across Western Australia. This newly created position sits at the front‑end of projects, guiding them from concept through to investment decision and delivery readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate development‑phase activities across multiple remote project sites, ensuring progress through governance and approval gates.
• Act as the central point of contact for technical, procurement, land, approvals, and community teams.
• Build business cases, track risks, and manage schedules to support investment decisions.
• Maintain clear communication and alignment with internal stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Prepare projects for handover to delivery teams, ensuring readiness across scope, design, and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or coordination within infrastructure, energy, or a similar environment.
• Ability to plan, sequence, and manage multiple workstreams, risks, and dependencies in complex settings.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the capacity to build relationships across diverse internal teams.
• Confidence working as a generalist across all aspects of project development.
• Formal project management qualification or equivalent experience.
