Project Manager - CRM Implementation

About the role

LGT Wealth Management, part of the LGT Group, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its Delivery team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports strategic change initiatives across the business, with a particular focus on CRM implementation projects, partnering with business stakeholders and Business Owners to define delivery approaches and manage end-to-end delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate team ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning and Retrospectives, and foster a high-performance team.
• Work with the Senior Business Analyst and Business Owners to deliver prioritised initiatives, and help estimate them with Business Analysts, Developers and Quality Analysts.
• Develop plans covering work, resourcing, scheduling and budget, and coordinate initiatives across teams, managing dependencies and meeting cadences.
• Manage risk, quality and progress so projects are delivered on time, on budget and within agreed scope.
• Own non-technical aspects such as stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness.
• Keep stakeholders informed and escalate issues affecting timelines or costs, and run governance forums including Steering Committees and Working Groups.
• Plan and facilitate Big Room Planning/PI Sessions with other Project Managers, and evaluate improvements for future projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of financial services experience, preferably wealth management.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment, using Agile project management methodology.
• Experience managing risk and compliance projects in financial services.
• Degree qualified.

Required skills

• Experience with financial platforms, ideally Avaloq.
• Knowledge of SDLC and change methodologies.
