Project Manager - Construction Modeling

About the role

The Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver construction modeling projects, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and budgetary targets are met. This role combines technical supervision, client interaction, and business development within a global engineering firm.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, staffing, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate project delivery with clients, internal teams, and external partners, leading kickoff and regular project meetings.
• Oversee preparation of construction documents, guiding drafters, modelers, and designers.
• Monitor project performance against schedule, budget, and quality standards, conducting regular quality‑control checks.
• Resolve technical, financial, and scheduling issues and report profitability to senior management.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in steel modeling or detailing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to mentor teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects in fast‑paced environments.
