Project Manager – Construction & Infrastructure

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of construction and pipeline projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards. The role splits time between on‑site activities and the local office, reporting progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver mainline construction, pipeline relocation, maintenance and related scopes from initiation to close‑out.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget and client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment (HSE) and quality standards on all sites.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction and equipment teams.
• Report progress, risks and performance to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pipeline, infrastructure, oil & gas, heavy construction or water infrastructure project management.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.
• Ability to lead teams in diverse and demanding environments.
• Based in Perth or willing to relocate.

What we offer

• Salary range $180,000 – $230,000 plus superannuation.
• 3:1 roster with a 50% uplift when on site.
• Hybrid work arrangement split between site and local office.
