Project Manager – Commercial Fit‑out Transformations

About the role

Join a high‑calibre team delivering landmark commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects across Brisbane. You will own end‑to‑end project delivery, from budgeting to client liaison, ensuring premium quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast and manage project budgets, maintaining strict fiscal control throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure uncompromising quality processes, safety standards, and on‑time delivery across all projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact, managing RFIs and communication with clients, architects, superintendents, and consultants.
• Drive end‑to‑end procurement, defining scopes of work and compiling comprehensive tender packages.
• Leverage exceptional delivery to grow key accounts, strengthen client relationships, and expand the business unit.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering commercial office fit‑out and refurbishment projects (Tier 1/2) with budgets of $5M–$20M.
• 2–5 years experience as a Project Manager in a head‑contractor environment.
• Based locally in Brisbane (daily travel from Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast not suitable).
• Advanced capability in managing construction programmes, master scheduling, and 2‑week look‑ahead sequencing.
• Proficient with Procore and Jobpac (or equivalent) project‑management platforms.
• Relevant trade background or tertiary degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related discipline.
