Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure (Western Australia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects across Western Australia. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will coordinate project teams, clients, subcontractors and stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project delivery through construction planning, project controls and financial/commercial management.
• Liaise with internal and external site personnel to allocate labour, materials and equipment effectively.
• Ensure deliverables comply with specifications, budget and schedule.
• Manage subcontract procurement, negotiation and contract compliance.
• Recruit and appoint suitable labour and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare, track and report monthly performance, including financial, program and QSET metrics.
• Analyse variances and provide justification, seeking cost‑saving or value‑adding solutions.
• Review cost reports, allocate direct project costs correctly and manage progress claims and variations.
• Oversee contract management, identifying commercial claims and entitlements.
• Procure and maintain site plant resources in line with company procedures.
• Promote a strong Zero Harm safety culture and high standards of work.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated experience on concrete structure projects.
• Certificate IV in Project Management (desirable).
• Certificate III OHS or similar (desirable).
• Strong communication, planning and HSQE management abilities.
• Proven financial and commercial acumen.
• Ability to lead teams and influence key stakeholders.
