Project Event Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Project Event Coordinator to join THE WORLD OF, an experiential agency that creates immersive experiences for premium and luxury brands. You will support the delivery of world-class projects, working closely with internal teams, clients and suppliers from planning through onsite execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering immersive experiences for premium and luxury brands.
• Collaborate with project teams across all stages, from concept to onsite execution.
• Maintain project timelines, schedules, documentation and coordination.
• Communicate and build relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support producers by researching, sourcing and proposing ideas to improve outcomes and efficiencies.
• Ensure high-quality delivery by paying attention to detail and design execution.

Required profile

• Clear and confident communicator able to build strong relationships.
• Proactive, accountable and able to take ownership of deliverables.
• Process-oriented with a natural focus on timelines and documentation.
• Collaborative team player willing to support producers across project stages.
• Detail-oriented, curious and solutions-focused.
• Calm under pressure and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on attitude from planning through onsite execution.
• Experience or strong alignment with luxury, fashion or beauty sectors.
• 1-3 years of experience delivering high-quality events.
• Current and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
