Project Delivery Manager

About the role

TOMRA Food is seeking a customer‑focused Project Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex customer projects across Australia. The role is ideal for a mid‑level Project Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, builds strong customer relationships and coordinates people, resources, suppliers and stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the contract between TOMRA and customers, ensuring delivery within time, quality, cost and satisfaction goals.
• Develop project plans, manage scope, variations and monitor progress, keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Communicate project plans, progress and timing with customers, managing expectations.
• Monitor milestones, document tasks, manage compliance risks and engage third parties as needed.
• Proactively manage cash flow, perform root‑cause analysis and deliver handovers and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of project management experience leading complex, customer‑facing projects.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across customers, suppliers, contractors and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong project planning, risk management, budgeting and delivery expertise in manufacturing, food processing, mining, construction or similar sectors.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions and deliver outcomes in remote and dynamic environments.

Required skills

• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) – advantageous but not required.
• Valid passport, unrestricted driver’s licence and ability to travel domestically up to 30%.
