Project Coordinator – Social Media & Influencer Campaigns

About the role

Melbourne Social Co is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee the delivery of multi‑channel campaigns, productions and influencer activations for leading Australian brands. The role sits at the intersection of client services and production, ensuring projects move smoothly from brief to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from briefing through to delivery, creating and maintaining detailed timelines.
• Coordinate kick‑offs, internal workflows and cross‑functional teams across Production and Client Services.
• Monitor schedules, milestones and deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Manage project budgets, track hours against estimates and ensure profitability.
• Allocate resources, forecast staffing needs and oversee shoot logistics.
• Build and maintain relationships with international contractors, freelancers and specialist partners.
• Direct complex influencer campaigns, handling talent sourcing, negotiations, contracts and creator communications.
• Conduct project wrap‑ups and post‑campaign reviews to capture learnings.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing large‑scale marketing or influencer campaigns.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Comfort working with global teams across different time zones.
