About the role
This Darwin‑based position supports the delivery of construction projects by coordinating design, procurement, programme, documentation and site activities to ensure safe, accurate, on‑time and on‑budget outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and report progress of design and construction against programme milestones.
- Support coordination of site works, subcontractors, materials and project resources.
- Assist with design queries, RFIs, drawings and technical documentation.
- Review drawings for accuracy, sequencing and buildability, identifying coordination issues.
- Coordinate procurement activities, subcontractor submissions and tender documentation.
- Maintain project registers, document control systems and reporting requirements.
Required profile
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 2 years’ experience in project or site coordination within construction.
- Working knowledge of construction methodology, sequencing and Australian Standards, NCC/BCA.
- Strong planning, coordination and communication skills with high attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with project management software.
- Experience with document control systems.
