Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join the specialist project management team of a global leader in industrial measurement and instrumentation, based in Artarmon, NSW. The role supports the delivery of complex, high‑stakes projects from kickoff through handover, ensuring schedules stay tight, stakeholders are informed, and documentation is accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in tracking milestones, budgets and deliverables across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, production centres and third‑party suppliers.
• Maintain document control processes, ensuring revision‑controlled records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate logistics, obtain supplier quotes and support invoicing activities.
• Produce regular reports on project progress, comparing forecasted versus actual performance.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships for the duration of each project.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project coordination, preferably handling several projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Comfortable working in environments where precision and strict deadlines are essential.
• Familiarity with ISO or quality‑assurance processes is advantageous.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar project management platforms.
