Project Coordinator – EV Charging Projects

About the role

EVSE Australia is seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to join its Commercial Projects team in Silverwater. You will work closely with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers and clients to help deliver electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure from planning through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects to meet quality, budget and timeline requirements.
• Support Project Managers with subcontractor engagement, contracts and project administration.
• Coordinate suppliers to ensure materials and equipment are delivered on schedule.
• Monitor project progress and assist with risk management and issue resolution.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Conduct site visits and support implementation of safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare project updates, reports and stakeholder communications.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing project updates and responding to enquiries.
• Build positive relationships with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support proposal preparation and participate in customer meetings when required.

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience coordinating projects within construction, electrical, infrastructure or related industries.
• Understanding of electrical, building or infrastructure project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven problem‑solving and organisational capabilities.
