Project Coordinator – EV Charging Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support our Commercial Projects team in delivering electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Silverwater, you will work closely with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects, meeting quality, budget and timeline requirements.
• Assist Project Managers with subcontractor engagement, contracts and project administration.
• Manage supplier schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project progress, support risk management and resolve issues.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Conduct site visits and support implementation of safety and environmental procedures.
• Prepare project updates, reports and stakeholder communications.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and responding to enquiries.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Support proposal preparation and participate in customer meetings as required.

Required skills

• Project coordination experience in construction, electrical, infrastructure or related sectors.
• Understanding of electrical, building or infrastructure project environments.
