Project Controls System Administrator

About the role

ACCIONA is hiring a Project Controls System Administrator in Brisbane to support and maintain project control systems for the Wave Stage 1 rail project, a 19km dual-track heavy rail line between Beerwah and Caloundra. Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, the role covers requisitions, timesheets, cost capture and reporting, and trains project stakeholders on the tools. It also includes cost control support, month-end reporting and process improvement, working closely with the commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support project control systems and ensure data integrity
• Deliver training on LinkedSite and LinkedOffice to stakeholders
• Manage month-end reporting and keep records current
• Support cost control procedures and project forecasting
• Assist the commercial team with claims and modifications
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose corrective action
• Support financial audits and maintain the project CBS

Required profile

• Vocational training or degree in business, finance or accounting
• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
