Project Architect (Sydney)

About the role

We are partnering with a globally‑recognised design and technology studio to recruit a Project Architect for its Sydney office. The role will involve leading the delivery of large‑scale, technically complex developments across sectors such as health, infrastructure, defence, education and data centres.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and documentation of multi‑million‑dollar projects from concept through construction.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with Australian building regulations, documentation standards and construction processes.
• Utilise Revit to produce detailed models, drawings and schedules.
• Support project budgeting, scheduling and risk management activities.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of post‑graduate architectural experience in Australia.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex projects in sectors such as health, infrastructure, defence, education or data centres.
• Strong understanding of Australian building codes and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Australian permanent residency or citizenship with unrestricted work rights.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
