Project Architect – Residential & Commercial

About the role

D'Andrea Architects is looking for an experienced Project Architect to lead residential and commercial projects across South Australia, from concept design through to delivery. The role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio and the chance to work within a collaborative, design‑focused practice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed documentation for residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate project stages, ensuring high‑quality outcomes from design through construction.
• Liaise with local councils and manage development application processes.
• Produce accurate, coordinated Revit models and technical documentation packages.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified architect registered in Australia with relevant industry experience.
• Proven track record delivering residential and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of the National Construction Code, Australian Standards and local planning regulations.
• Experience managing council approvals and development applications.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit for 3D modelling and documentation.
• Expertise in 3D modelling and technical documentation.
