Project Architect / Lead – Permanent Remote (Morning Shift)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect / Project Lead to join an Australian multidisciplinary solutions provider on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role is remote (work‑from‑home) with a morning shift, focusing on multi‑residential and mixed‑use developments from post‑DA approval through to construction completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi‑residential and mixed‑use projects, managing documentation from post‑Development Application approval through to construction.
• Prepare, review and issue Construction Certificate (CC), Tender and Issued for Construction (IFC) documentation.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, clients, authorities and other stakeholders to resolve design and coordination issues.
• Ensure compliance with NSW planning controls, the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards.
• Maintain project schedules, meet documentation deadlines and support a small, distributed team.

Required profile

• Qualification in Architecture (professional registration preferred but not essential).
• Minimum 8 years experience in multi‑residential and mixed‑use design and construction.
• Proven ability to deliver projects through documentation and construction stages, preferably in New South Wales.
• Strong time‑management and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Construction documentation expertise (CC, Tender, IFC).
• Architectural detailing and technical knowledge.
• Understanding of NSW planning controls, NCC and Australian Standards.
• Stakeholder coordination and documentation management.
