Program Manager – Quality Engineering & Testing

About the role

The Onsite Program Manager will be the primary customer‑facing leader responsible for delivering Quality Engineering and Testing across a large transformation engagement. You will provide strategic leadership, governance, and execution assurance while aligning testing outcomes with business, technology, and regulatory objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end Quality Engineering and Testing delivery for assigned portfolios.
• Provide strategic leadership, governance, financial oversight, risk management and execution assurance.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for testing services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with divisional CIOs, tribe leads and other key stakeholders.
• Align testing outcomes with business, technology and regulatory goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading testing or quality engineering delivery in large transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and governance capabilities.
• Ability to oversee financial and risk aspects of program delivery.
