Program Manager - Goldfields

About the role

Centrecare, a not-for-profit organisation providing counselling, support, accommodation, mediation and training across the Perth metropolitan, Goldfields and South West regions, is seeking an experienced Program Manager on a full-time, permanent basis in Kalgoorlie. Reporting to the Executive Manager, the role leads a diverse portfolio including Family and Domestic Violence, Men's Behaviour Change, Family Relationship Services and Mental Health programs, and sits within the Senior Management Team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision and support to multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct performance reviews and support staff development
• Monitor service delivery through audits, reporting and outcome measurement
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and the Therapeutic Framework
• Manage operational, financial and reporting responsibilities across programs
• Promote services in the community and represent Centrecare at interagency forums
• Contribute to agency-wide leadership, planning and strategic initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor qualification in Social Sciences or Mental Health (e.g. Psychology, Social Work or Counselling)
• Senior management experience in community services or a similar environment
• Demonstrated experience managing and leading multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of the Goldfields region, including local needs and service systems

Required skills

• Leadership and supervision, including performance management
• Solid understanding of counselling approaches and therapeutic frameworks
• Stakeholder engagement, consultation and negotiation
• Ability to work autonomously within a leadership team
