Program Controls Manager – Cost and Change Lead

About the role
Turner & Townsend is seeking a detail‑oriented Cost & Change Lead to support major infrastructure programmes in Queensland. The role will manage program budgets, cost control and change governance across multiple workstreams.
Key responsibilities
- Assess contractor claims and perform variation analysis.
- Maintain accurate cost reporting and tracking, preparing monthly cost reports.
- Coordinate the change function and produce change reporting.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in project controls, preferably in rail or infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of cost systems, change control processes and financial forecasting.
- Ability to interpret cost trends, manage contingencies and provide actionable insights.
Required skills
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with Unifier.
- Experience with PowerBI for integrated cost and change reporting.
