Planner/Scheduler for Building Projects

About the role
Provide scheduling services across diverse real estate projects, delivering progress updates, risk analysis and advice to clients throughout all project phases.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct pre‑baseline reviews of contractor programmes to ensure compliance with contractual and industry standards.
- Prepare progress update reports, highlighting schedule risks and opportunities.
- Recommend corrective actions and develop acceleration programmes for major delays.
- Perform delay analysis and support senior scheduler in delay claims management.
- Coordinate with client‑side stakeholders to create an Integrated Master Works Programme linked to the main contractor’s schedule.
Required profile
- Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Scheduler/Planner on building projects.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
Required skills
- Professional proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end construction and project processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Knowledge of Asta or other programming software is advantageous.
