About the role
A production worker position is available in the PM shift at Laverton North, advertised through Symmetry Human Resources. The shift runs Monday to Friday from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm, with a pay rate of $38.01 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Decanting chemicals and performing general labouring duties.
- Filling empty 10-25 litre drums by placing them on a bench and operating the filling button.
- Capping filled drums and palletising finished products.
- Manual handling and lifting up to 25 kg.
- Following workplace health and safety procedures.
Required profile
- Own car and a valid driver's licence.
- Comfortable working in a chemical environment with noticeable odours.
- Willingness to wear long sleeves, long pants, safety boots and high-vis clothing; safety glasses and hearing protection are provided.
- Comfortable with manual handling and working around chemicals while following all safety requirements.
