Production Worker – Medical Device Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Production Worker to join our medical device manufacturing team. You will play a key part in assembling, inspecting, testing, packaging and dispatching high‑quality products while adhering to strict regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and test incoming components against specifications.
• Assemble, label, package and verify components and finished products following approved work instructions.
• Prepare dispatch notes and related documentation for shipments to subcontractors and distributors.
• Maintain accurate records to ensure traceability and compliance with ISO‑based quality systems.
• Support a safe and efficient production environment.

Required profile

• Secondary education (HSC or equivalent) or higher.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good problem‑solving and relationship‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in computer use.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and GMP quality systems.
