About the role
EIR Labour Hire is recruiting production workers for manufacturing, food processing and assembly facilities across Plympton. The position is temporary, with day, afternoon and night shifts available, and many roles are temp-to-perm for the right person. The start date is 30 November 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production lines and assembly equipment
- Assemble components to specification and quality standards
- Pack, label and palletise finished product
- Carry out quality checks and remove non-conforming product
- Keep accurate production records
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment in line with food safety or WHS requirements
What we offer
- Pay of $33.00 to $40.00 per hour depending on shift, plus superannuation and shift penalties for afternoon and night shifts
- Structured shifts run by supervisors with clear targets
