Production Operator – Wetherill Park

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Wetherill Park. The position operates on a 24/5 schedule with two‑week rotating shifts covering day, afternoon and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Safely set up, operate and monitor production machinery.
• Assist with picking and packaging tasks as required.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Work within a rotating shift pattern (day, afternoon, night) on a 24/5 schedule.

Required profile

• Prior experience in machine operation or as a production worker in manufacturing.
• Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• Mechanically minded with assembly‑line experience (preferred).
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environments (preferred).

Required skills

• Ability to safely set up, operate and monitor production machinery.
• Basic picking and packaging proficiency.
