Production Operator – Wetherill Park

About the role
We are looking for a reliable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Wetherill Park. The position operates on a 24/5 schedule with two‑week rotating shifts covering day, afternoon and night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Safely set up, operate and monitor production machinery.
- Assist with picking and packaging tasks as required.
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Work within a rotating shift pattern (day, afternoon, night) on a 24/5 schedule.
Required profile
- Prior experience in machine operation or as a production worker in manufacturing.
- Australian citizen or permanent resident.
- Mechanically minded with assembly‑line experience (preferred).
- Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environments (preferred).
Required skills
- Ability to safely set up, operate and monitor production machinery.
- Basic picking and packaging proficiency.
