Production Operator / Palletiser – Night & Weekend Shift

About the role

Join Bega Group’s production team on the Far South Coast of NSW as a Production Operator/Palletiser working night and weekend shifts. You will help keep our dairy manufacturing line running smoothly, delivering high‑quality cheese and other products to customers across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely in line with standard operating procedures.
• Meet daily and weekly production schedules and output targets.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
• Monitor machines and processes, promptly escalating any issues.
• Support a positive team culture through clear communication and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Willingness to work a rotating 24/6 night and weekend roster.
• Strong awareness of workplace health and safety standards.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality output.
• Reliable, flexible and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Mechanical aptitude or prior exposure to manufacturing, trade or production environments.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles.
• Knowledge of GMP principles.
