Production Operator – Multiple Shifts

About the role

Join Mars Petcare’s newly expanded factory in Wodonga as a Production Operator. You will work on cutting‑edge single‑serve pouch lines, contributing to the production of high‑quality pet food for a global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment using dedicated software and manual checks.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address repairs and ensure equipment uptime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to keep the line running smoothly.
• Run multiple pieces of equipment safely, meeting on‑time and quality targets.
• Maintain quality and safety standards and provide detailed shift handovers.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in manufacturing and production environments.
• Reliability, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Adaptability to change and a desire to continuously upskill.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and high attention to detail.
• Relevant prior work experience; trade certification is a plus but not mandatory.
