Production Operator

About the role

Join a leading Australian manufacturer as a Production Operator in Bundaberg. The position follows a 21‑day rotating roster, delivering a balanced work‑life schedule with ten 12‑hour shifts over a three‑week cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment in the dry section of the plant.
• Perform manual handling and move product throughout the manufacturing process.
• Monitor production processes, collect samples and complete quality checks as training progresses to the wet section.
• Follow safety, quality and operating procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Required profile

• Reliable, safety‑focused individual who enjoys hands‑on work.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing, labouring or a similar environment.
• Good physical fitness and confidence with manual handling.
• Comfortable working at heights and climbing stairs.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (licence preferred).
