Production Operator

About the role

We are expanding our production team at the Nambour factory and are looking for motivated Production Operators. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment delivering quality dairy products safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production and blow‑moulding equipment on a shift basis, including overtime when required.
• Maintain product quality and safety standards in line with GMP and HACCP principles.
• Identify and resolve equipment faults through effective troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets.

Required profile

• Strong fault‑finding and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication skills and solid numeracy and literacy.
• Understanding of GMP and HACCP standards.
• Flexible and adaptable to varied work rosters.
• Ability to build positive relationships within the business.

Required skills

• Fault finding / troubleshooting
• GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
• HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
• SAP (experience preferred)
