Production Operator – Full-time at Lidcombe Plant

About the role

Lactalis is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Operator for a full‑time position at its Lidcombe manufacturing plant. This role offers the chance to work within a long‑standing team and quickly develop high‑standard manufacturing skills in the dairy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Operate liquid rotary filling equipment in a food‑production environment.
• Follow safety and quality procedures, adhering to GMP and HACCP standards.
• Perform troubleshooting and lateral‑thinking problem solving on the production line.
• Utilise the SAP system for production reporting and inventory control.
• Work shift patterns and overtime as required to meet production targets.

Required profile

• Team‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Willingness to work shift work and overtime.
• Strong focus on safety and product quality.

Required skills

• Liquid rotary filler operation.
• Experience with SAP.
• Solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles.
• Effective communication and troubleshooting abilities.
