Production Operator – 4 Day Week (AM Shift)

About the role

Rockcote Enterprises is seeking a full‑time Production Operator for its Yandina wet‑plant facility. The role runs on a 4‑day week, Monday to Thursday, 5:00 am‑3:00 pm, offering a three‑day weekend each week. You will join a leading Australian manufacturer of environmentally friendly building products and develop your skills through a structured competency program.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and weigh raw materials for production batches.
• Mix products using industrial mixers and automated systems.
• Operate filling and packing equipment.
• Conduct quality checks and record production data.
• Handle materials and replenish stock to maintain production flow.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards across the plant.

Required profile

• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 25 kg.
• Safety‑focused with good attention to detail.
• Current driver’s licence, reliable transport, and LF forklift licence.
• Manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
