Production Operative (Girraween)

About the role

Join Redox's production team in Girraween as a Production Operative. This is a full‑time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:06 pm, reporting to the Production Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Pick raw materials and prepare batches of liquid chemicals.
• Mix chemical blends to specified concentrations.
• Pump liquids and dissolve powders to create solutions.
• Fill packages ranging from 5 L to 1,000 L.
• Manually lift bags up to 25 kg and operate a forklift.
• Maintain a clean, hazard‑free production area.

Required profile

• Previous hands‑on experience in a similar role, preferably with chemicals.
• Current Australian forklift licence (LF).
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail for paperwork.
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.
• Commitment to safe operating procedures.
• Desire for a long‑term career in production.
