Production Manager

About the role

Second Sunday is seeking a hands‑on Production Manager to join its Manly office. The role bridges production and site management for large‑scale live events, working across both client‑driven projects and the company’s own ticketed series.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of Production and Event Manager through business development, pitching, pre‑production, live delivery and post‑event phases.
• Plan and execute operational aspects of events, including site builds, stakeholder coordination, hospitality overlays and broadcast integration.
• Manage suppliers, contracts and on‑site logistics for multi‑night programmes.
• Oversee bump‑in, live delivery and bump‑out activities, ensuring health, safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver premium fan experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event production and site management for large‑scale concerts or festivals.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, including evenings, weekends and travel as required.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑performing culture.
