About the role
The WORLD OF is seeking a full‑time Production Manager/Designer to turn ambitious creative concepts into reality for luxury and premium brands. You will lead the delivery of large‑scale, technically demanding, temporary environments.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver highly detailed, technically complex ephemeral environments for top luxury brands.
- Manage budgets, quotes, supplier negotiations and ensure rigorous control of schedules, logistics and delivery.
- Produce accurate Vectorworks/CAD drawings and comprehensive build documentation.
- Own WH&S, permits and compliance, ensuring safety‑focused execution.
Required profile
- Premium operator with uncompromising standards across detail and delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in luxury, fashion or beauty sectors.
- Current unrestricted working rights in Australia.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Vectorworks and CAD.
- Extensive experience in custom build, fabrication, spatial design, AV, lighting and rigging.
