Production Employee

About the role

Join Thales' Munitions team to support the manufacturing of propellants, explosives and munitions for defence and commercial use. You will work in a safety‑focused environment, performing routine manual tasks that keep production lines running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out a range of routine and repetitive manual tasks on the production line.
• Safely handle chemicals and raw materials used in product manufacturing.
• Maintain a safe approach while operating manufacturing equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members, ensuring quality and adherence to established processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar production or manufacturing role.
• Experience working in a team across various shift patterns.
• Commitment to safe work practices and ability to follow strict safety procedures.
• Physical capability to lift, push, pull and reach frequently during manual tasks.
• Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Defence security clearance.
