Production Coordinator

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Coordinator to join its fast‑growing Sydney team. You will organise and coordinate multiple aspects of production, working closely with supervisors and lead technicians to resolve bottlenecks, manage material priorities and keep documentation up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, track and move parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate physical movement of parts across receiving, inspection, stock rooms and work centres.
• Maintain accurate MRP/ERP data and assist in correcting system errors.
• Develop and maintain internal reports highlighting needs and constraints.
• Communicate blockers, support root‑cause analysis of part shortages and innovate workflow staging.
• Manage material certifications, prevent use of un‑certified or MRB items, and support inventory actions such as return‑to‑stock.

Required profile

• 4+ years handling parts in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• 2+ years as a production coordinator or warehouse associate using digital planning systems.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Experience with MRP/ERP/MES systems (e.g., Netsuite, Oracle) and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to shift changes.

Required skills

• MRP/ERP/MES platforms (Netsuite, Oracle or equivalent).
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Forklift operation (preferred).
• Inventory management with lot/serial/batch tracking (preferred).
