Production Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Production Coordinator to join our Production Team at Bassike’s head office in Warriewood. Working closely with the Production Manager and cross‑functional teams, you will help ensure garments are produced on schedule, meet quality standards, and align with the critical path.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Production Manager in daily coordination of the production process.
• Manage critical paths, monitor milestones and track delivery schedules with onshore and offshore manufacturers.
• Follow up approvals, trims, fabrics and other production requirements with suppliers.
• Monitor factory progress, flag potential delays and coordinate documentation, purchase orders and shipment details.
• Collaborate with Raw Materials, Product Development and Logistics to maintain smooth production flow.
• Assist with production reporting, record‑keeping and quality communication.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide general administrative support.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Production Coordinator, Production Assistant or similar role in fashion/apparel.
• Understanding of garment manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with both onshore and offshore manufacturers is highly regarded.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude.

• AP21 or similar ERP/production management system (desirable)
