Production Assistant – Fashion Sampling & Production

About the role

Join Muscle Republic as a Production Assistant and support the Senior Production Coordinator in delivering product shipments and sample kits on time. You will be at the heart of the sampling and production workflow, ensuring that fabrics, trims, and finished goods move smoothly from concept to bulk production.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in seasonal collection development from concept through bulk production.
• Create and hand over barcodes to suppliers.
• Review and approve packaging specifications.
• Manage receipt and approval of bulk fabrics.
• Maintain fabric, trim, and sample libraries for the product team.
• Receive, check, and organize sales kits.
• Support purchase order creation, monitor manufacturing progress, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Liaise with factories and suppliers to resolve production issues.
• Assist with fittings, sample management, and quality‑control processes.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in fashion production or coordination.
• Strong understanding of production timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and spreadsheet management.
• Experience with PLM systems (advantageous but not mandatory).
