Product Specialist – Wound Closure

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a driven Product Specialist to join its high‑performing Wound Closure sales team in Melbourne. You will partner with surgeons, clinicians and hospital stakeholders to drive adoption of innovative wound closure solutions and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow sales and market share across the Melbourne Metro territory.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, procurement teams and hospital decision‑makers to support product adoption.
• Deliver product demonstrations, clinical support and in‑service training programs.
• Provide proactive account management, tender support and resolve customer challenges.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on inventory management, training initiatives and key‑account development.

Required profile

• Degree qualified with proven hospital sales and territory management experience in medical devices or pharma.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption and commercial growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation and clinical education skills.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in the field while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
