Product Specialist – Load & Haul

About the role

Deliver high‑quality technical support for Sandvik’s Load & Haul product line and help build technical capability across customers and internal teams in the ANZ region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical assistance and resolve complex issues.
• Travel throughout the ANZ region to support Sandvik employees and customers.
• Deliver technical training – roughly 70% classroom and 30% on‑site operational training.
• Support end users, operators and service personnel with troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Collect data for warranty claims, review spare‑parts recommendations and feed back to engineering for product improvements.

Required profile

• Mechanical and/or Electrical Trade Certificate (or equivalent) with at least seven years post‑trade experience in underground mining.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Advanced knowledge of Sandvik equipment and proven ability to deliver technical training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the right to work in Australia.
