Product Specialist – Electrophysiology (Adelaide)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a sales‑focused Product Specialist to join its Electrophysiology team in Adelaide. You will partner with clinicians, promote cutting‑edge cardiac technologies and deliver educational programs that enhance procedural excellence for patients with heart rhythm disorders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined territory by building a bold sales plan, uncovering whitespace and converting high‑value opportunities into sustainable revenue.
• Prospect across hospitals and EP labs, open new accounts and manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to close.
• Develop trusted relationships with electrophysiologists, cath‑lab leaders, procurement teams and other key decision‑makers.
• Coordinate case coverage, product education and account activity with Clinical Specialists to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Electrophysiology experience and knowledge of EP procedures and technologies.
• Hunter mindset with excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Relevant qualification in Biomedical Engineering, Health Science or a related field; clinical backgrounds in EP or cardiac care are welcome.
