Product Specialist – Biosuture (Adelaide)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Specialist for its Biosuture portfolio in Adelaide. This 12‑month contract role focuses on building trusted relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital stakeholders to drive adoption of innovative surgical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account‑based plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, nurses, procurement teams and other healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate product education, in‑service training and professional development programs.
• Support inventory management, forecasting, contract opportunities and account planning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven hospital sales experience in medical devices, preferably with operating theatre exposure.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and clinical education abilities.
• Highly organised, problem‑solving oriented with attention to detail.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a field‑based role.
