Product Owner, Technical – AI Stockbroking

About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner, Technical to lead AI Stockbroking product areas at BJAK. This role involves understanding user problems, defining product direction, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and launching features quickly while continuously improving them.

Key responsibilities

• Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel and other financial services.
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap and launch plans.
• Work closely with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance and business teams.
• Turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
• Use data, feedback, research and production issues to inform product decisions.
• Launch features, monitor performance and drive iterative improvements.
• Balance speed, user experience, business impact, compliance and operational complexity.

Required profile

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner Technical, founder, growth/product operator or similar role.
• Strong product sense with ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Comfortable working with engineers and designers to ship real products.
• Proficient with metrics, user feedback, experiments and post‑launch learning.
• Excellent writing, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance.
• Fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps or high‑growth product experience is a strong advantage.
