Product Owner, Technical – AI Neobank

About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner Technical to lead product areas within BJAK's AI Neobank. You will translate complex financial services into simple, customer‑focused journeys and drive rapid iteration after launch.

Key responsibilities

• Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel or other financial services.
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap and launch plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance and business teams.
• Use data, feedback, research and production issues to continuously improve product decisions.
• Launch features, monitor performance and iterate while balancing speed, user experience, business impact, compliance and operational complexity.

Required profile

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner Technical, founder, growth/product operator or similar role.
• Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Comfortable working with metrics, user feedback, experiments and post‑launch learning.
• High ownership, able to drive work with limited guidance and manage stakeholders effectively.

Required skills

• Ability to work closely with engineers and designers to ship real products.
• Strong writing, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
